How StarPower reviews work

StarPower publishes genuine customer feedback, including positive and critical experiences. Reviews are moderated for relevance, privacy, spam, abusive material and prohibited content—not to remove fair criticism.

• Verified Purchase is shown only when a review can be matched to a StarPower order.
• Customer email addresses are kept private and are used only for review administration and verification.
• Review ratings and opinions are not changed to improve sentiment.
• Owner replies are identified as replies from StarPower.
• Reviews may be rejected or removed when they are fraudulent, duplicated, unrelated, contain private information, or breach applicable law.
• Customers may request review-data access, correction or removal through StarPower customer support.
