⏱ When Will My Tracking Update?

Please note:

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch

  • Courier scans may not update on weekends or public holidays

  • Remote or regional deliveries may show fewer scan events

This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your shipment.


📦 Shipping Timeframes (Australia)

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered.

  • Metro areas: typically 2–7 business days

  • Regional & remote areas: typically 5–14 business days

  • Oversized / freight items: may take longer and use depot or courier freight services

My tracking hasn’t updated yet — should I worry?

No. Tracking often activates within 24 business hours after dispatch.

My order shows “delivered” but I haven’t received it

Please check:

  • Around your delivery address

  • With neighbours or building management

If still missing, contact us via the Help Centre so we can investigate.

My order arrived incomplete

Some orders ship in multiple consignments. If you believe something is missing, submit a Help Centre ticket with your order number.
