1. Dispatch Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within:

1–2 business days for standard sizes
-
2–4 business days for oversized items (large panels, batteries, heavy freight)
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your courier information and tracking number.
If you didn’t receive tracking, check your spam/junk folder or contact us at tracking@starpoweradvancesolartechnology.com.
2. Delivery Estimates by Region
(These are typical courier timeframes and may vary during peak seasons.)
Metro Areas

NSW, VIC, ACT: 2–4 business days

QLD, SA: 3–5 business days

WA: 5–8 business days

TAS: 4–7 business days
Regional & Rural Areas

NSW, VIC, QLD: 4–8 business days

3. Oversized & Heavy Items
Items such as large fixed solar panels, lithium batteries, AGM batteries, generators, and inverters may:

Ship via special courier services

Require additional delivery time
-
Be delivered separately from the rest of your order
-
Not be eligible for PO box or parcel locker delivery
If your order contains multiple large items, expect more than one tracking number.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive a tracking email within 2-3 business days after placing the order.

Updates may take 12–24 hours to appear
-
Oversized items may have slower scan updates
If tracking shows "Cancelled", "Pending", or "No Events Yet", please allow 24 hours. These usually update automatically once the courier processes the item.

5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Most couriers offer safe drop / ATL at your discretion.

If ATL is selected, the parcel will be left in a safe location
-
Once left, the delivery is considered completed
-
StarPower and the courier are not liable for theft after delivery
If you prefer the parcel not be left unattended, please do not select ATL.
6. Multiple Parcels / Partial Deliveries
Your order may arrive in separate shipments, especially if it includes:

Multiple solar panels
-
Panels + batteries
-
Accessories that ship from a different warehouse
If you receive only part of your order:

Check your email for multiple tracking numbers

Allow 24–48 hours for remaining parcels to arrive

7. Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and item

Contact us within 7 days
-
Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or investigation depending on the situation.
8. “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

Check around your property (safe drop locations)
-
Check with neighbours or building management
-
Allow 24 hours for late updates
-
Contact us so we can open a courier investigation
Courier investigations typically take 2–7 business days.
9. Remote & Rural Delivery Notes
Deliveries to remote areas (Far North QLD, NT, WA remote, rural NSW/SA) may require:

Longer transit times
-
Third-party handover to local contractors
-
Manual updates instead of live tracking
We will always assist if tracking appears stuck, delayed, or unclear.
