System matching
Use lithium-compatible charging equipment and keep charge current at or below 100A. When choosing a power inverter, calculate continuous DC current plus start-up surge and keep both within the battery, BMS, cable and protection limits. The short 400A rating is not a continuous operating limit.
For solar or alternator charging, compare compatible MPPT solar charge controllers and DC–DC battery chargers. Browse more LiFePO4 lithium batteries or the wider deep-cycle battery range.

Frequently asked questions
Can two batteries be connected together?
The published specification allows up to two in series or two in parallel. Use identical, equally charged batteries and follow the manufacturer’s wiring and protection instructions.
Can this battery run a microwave or coffee machine?
That depends on the appliance, inverter efficiency and start-up surge. Confirm the inverter’s DC current remains within the 200A continuous and 400A seven-second limits.
What is the maximum charging current?
The stated maximum continuous charge current is 100A at 25°C.
