DC MONT 100Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller 12V/24V/36V/48V Battery Regulator with Bluetooth
Couldn't load pickup availability
The DC MONT 100A MPPT solar charge controller is designed for larger 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery systems requiring high-current solar charging and Bluetooth monitoring. It automatically recognises the battery-system voltage and supports compatible lithium-ion, flooded, AGM and gel battery profiles.
This controller has a manufacturer-listed 150V maximum solar input, 100A rated battery-charging current and array limits ranging from 1300W at 12V to 5200W at 48V. The array must remain inside every voltage, current and wattage limit under all operating conditions.

Before Connecting Solar Panels
Calculate the total array open-circuit voltage (Voc), including the increase expected in cold conditions, and keep it below the 150V absolute input limit with the required design margin. Check parallel-string short-circuit current, total array wattage and cable protection as separate limits.
The 1300W, 2600W, 3900W and 5200W figures apply to different battery-system voltages. They are not interchangeable. Confirm the connected battery bank can safely accept the controller's configured charging current.
Battery Compatibility
The listed charging modes support flooded, AGM and gel lead-acid batteries plus compatible lithium-ion batteries. Select and verify the battery profile against the battery manufacturer's required bulk, absorption and float settings. Equalisation must not be applied to batteries that prohibit it.
Bluetooth and Display
The included Bluetooth module provides compatible system monitoring and parameter adjustment. For Bluetooth connection, the listing specifies a 9.6kbps baud rate; follow the supplied manual. The LCD provides local charging and load information.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the 100A controller on a 12V battery bank?
Yes, when the solar array stays within the listed 12V limit of 1300W and every voltage, current, battery and wiring requirement is satisfied.
Can I connect panels totalling 150V Voc?
No. The array must remain below the 150V maximum in all conditions, including cold-weather voltage rise, with the manufacturer's required safety margin.
Does Bluetooth replace correct commissioning?
No. Monitoring is useful, but the system must still be correctly designed, fused, cabled, configured and tested before operation.
Complete the system with compatible solar panels, lithium batteries or AGM batteries.
