Samland 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO4 deep-cycle battery with 1,280Wh nominal energy, an LCD state-of-charge display and an integrated battery-management system. It is intended for suitably matched camping, caravan, 4WD, marine and auxiliary-power installations.

Integrated BMS and LCD display

The supplier lists BMS protection for overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and over-temperature, together with internal cell balancing. The LCD display provides a convenient battery-status indication. These features do not replace correctly rated fusing, isolation, cables or professional installation.

Charging and inverter compatibility

Use a charger, MPPT solar controller or DC-DC charger with a LiFePO4 profile that remains within the 14.0V–14.6V and 50A limits. Do not assume an existing lead-acid charger is suitable without checking its complete charge profile.

Match any power inverter to the battery's 80A maximum continuous-current rating, allowing for conversion losses, appliance start-up demand and simultaneous DC loads.

Series and parallel connections
